If this is the first time you will be using Elluminate Live, you may be prompted to download some software which may take anywhere from 2 to 20 minutes depending upon your Internet connection speed. Click to "Open" all requests. You must allow these downloads to join a session.
Any problems with access, please contact Connie Swiderski at cswiderski@esc11.net at least two days before the scheduled event. Troubleshooting problems after a Webinar officially starts is not conducive to a quality experience for participants! |
